1. Strategic Expansion Planning- Formulate detailed expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential courier station locations.- Integrate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of expansion projects.- Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve station expansion goals within timelines and budgets.2. Franchising & Business Development- Lead the franchising process, including partner recruitment, contract negotiation, and onboarding.- Develop business models and incentive programs to attract and retain franchise partners.- Provide ongoing support to franchisees to ensure operational compliance and performance improvement.- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding service offerings.3. Partner Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with regional partners and stakeholders.- Act as the primary liaison between the company and franchise partners, ensuring effective communication.4. Commercial Operations Implementation- Oversee the rollout of commercial initiatives across courier stations in the region.- Ensure operational excellence by implementing standardized processes and performance metrics.- Monitor station performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to support station growth and profitability.
