Deliver year on year reduction in supplier non-conformance to support factory efficiency.-Ability to perform root cause analysis for non-conformities, determine corrective action and provide necessary steps for follow-through. Ensure corrective action is effectively implemented.- Verify & analyse customer returned goods and on-hold item disposition.- Provide on job training and educate employees on procedures and standards. Establish and implement food safety and quality training for facility personnel to ensure facility personnel are equipped with the competency to produce a safe, quality product.- Support in setting up laboratory and analytical equipment. Establish and maintain procedures for product testing, validation, and verification.-Work closely with all R&D team in the project of new product development or product modification; Conduct product analytical testing, generate product specification and trial run test report.
