Our company is seeking a manager to oversee the exploration of outlet properties, post-decision processes, and all related negotiations and management with various stakeholders from property acquisition to outlet opening.Job Overview• Gathering and investigating information on potential new store locations, negotiating with landlords, and building relationships.• Acting as a negotiation contact point for matters related to store facilities (in collaboration with relevant departments).• Negotiating, managing, and troubleshooting with relevant agencies for obtaining licenses (preference given to experienced candidates).• Handling negotiations and communication with external parties, such as government offices, police, and contractors, after the opening of new stores.• Managing hostels, negotiating with landlords, handling renewals, and exploring new opportunities.• Undertaking special tasks as directed by top management.— Reviewing contracts, negotiating and managing contract renewals related to the above. — Acting as the company’s representative to handle and negotiate disputes with landlords (in coordination with relevant departments depending on the content). — Serving as the company’s contact point for external agencies, handling negotiations and communications.

This involves checking for any wear and tear, damages, or repairs that may affect the item's worth.- Setting prices based on the item's authenticity, condition, brand, and market demand. This requires knowledge of current trends and market values for different brands and products.- Keeping up-to-date with trends, new releases, and changes in the fashion industry to ensure accurate assessments and valuations.- Assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about the authenticity and value of items, and offering advice on buying or selling pre-owned goods.- Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition- Answering to phone and whatsapp enquiries of customers looking to sell their pre-loved goods- Build trust and develop long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to clients- Achieve monthly target for purchasing of goods- No penalty if sell fake
