As a Store Manager, you will lead store operations to drive sales performance, optimize merchandising and store layout, and ensure achievement of key KPIs.You will also manage and develop the store team while identifying operational issues, implementing improvements, and working closely with the Area Manager to execute store strategies.※Work location will be decided after the interview and post-offer discussion, taking the candidate’s preferences into consideration.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Store Performance-Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets-Improve store performance through layout, merchandising, and stock control-Monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, and stock movement2. Store Operations- Execute and improve daily store operations- Optimize sales floor layout to maximize customer flow and conversion- Ensure fast stock turnover and strong product presentation3. *However, our manager takes turn to be Shift Manager every day.
*If this candidate is Shift Manager on the day, his/her working shift is 9:00am to 6:00am because he/she has to open door for staff and cashier & man power preparation.(1 week averagely 2 day)
