Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Health Officer for our road and pavement construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role plays a key part in preventing accidents and maintaining a safe work environment for all site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements specific to road construction.- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identifications, particularly related to excavation, heavy machinery, traffic control, and work at heights.- Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety protocols.- Conduct safety inductions for all new workers and facilitate regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.- Ensure proper signage, barricading, and traffic management plans are implemented on site.- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.- Maintain and update all site safety documentation including risk assessments, JSAs, and incident reports.- Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and local authorities to implement and maintain safety measures.- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, such as dust suppression and noise control.- Promote a strong safety culture and lead by example.

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer in road construction or pavement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards to ensure that all construction activities comply with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, inspection checklists, and method statements for road works and pavement construction- Perform regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, material quality, and compliance with specifications- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to address quality-related issues and resolve non-conformances- Conduct materials testing (e.g., asphalt, aggregate, concrete) and ensure results meet project and industry standards- Maintain proper documentation and records including test reports, inspection logs, and quality control plans- Review drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality issues- Assist in handover documentation and project quality audits- Ensure adherence to ISO or equivalent quality standards
