< Overall Role >The IT Manager will lead IT operations across 2 company entities.< Key Responsibilities >・Management, Security & Compliance (Main Focus) - Lead IT security, compliance, and governance initiatives. - Develop IT policies, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and long-term strategies. - Ensure compliance training, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. - Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and compliance bodies. - Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on IT risk and strategy.・Internal Servicing - Provide IT support services for employees across both sites. - Oversee helpdesk management, troubleshooting, and internal IT training. - Manage and liaise with vendors for support.・Infrastructure & Systems - Manage DNS, servers, and system administration. - Oversee applications including SAP HANA, Joget system, CRM, SCM, Infotech Payroll, SAP Accounting, E-Invoicing, and Purchasing Posting. - Ensure system uptime, scalability, and reliability. - Manage vendor relationships for system support.

・Basic Salary = RM 10,000 - RM 15,000
・AL: 10 days for 1st year (2 days added every year and up to 20 days)
・Annual increment and bonus x 2 times annually (depending on company performance)
・Entitled for meal subsidy and mileage claim RM 0.50/km for working outside of Company or outstation (e.g. visit to supplier’s place, government dept.)

We are looking for a highly skilled MES & WMS Development Engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ASP.NET development, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies, with a proven track record in handling large-scale data and integrating with SAP business systems.• Develop and maintain MES and WMS applications using ASP.NET and related technologies.• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.• Handle massive datasets using non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).• Build responsive front-end interfaces using Vue3.• Develop and maintain WebAPI interfaces for system integration.• Create both BS (Browser/Server) and CS (Client/Server) applications, leveraging DevExpress controls.• Integrate MES/WMS systems with SAP business systems and other enterprise platforms.• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.• Ensure system scalability, performance, and data integrity.• Provide technical support and documentation for developed systems.
