We are expanding and we’re currently looking for a highly motivated individual for the Application Engineer role. You’ll be working with the Business Development team and Technical team to support sales growth and effectively represent the company to customers and stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Develop new customers and also maintain the customer base in the assigned territory.• Take a primary role in the sales efforts to acquire key prospects and secure the order. • Meet or exceed the yearly sales target for your territory.• Analyze and monitor sales forecast activity and profit margin performance and make the necessary changes in a timely manner to achieve goals consistent with Company objectives.• Perform product demonstration when necessary.• Establish professional relationships within the industry and partner with customers to further understand and anticipate their needs.• Continuous maintenance of CRM for contacts, accounts, opportunities, quotes etc.• Active participation in industry trade association groups.• Prepare weekly reports & Servicing CNC Machine at Client Site.

- Lead and manage NPI projects from concept through production readiness.- Work with design, quality, production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and seamless product launch.- Interpret and review technical drawings, BOMs and customer specifications.- Support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and provide feedback to design teams for sheet metal components and assemblies.- Develop and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and report status to stakeholders.- Coordinate prototyping, testing, and validation of new products.- Define and document work instructions, routing sheets, and process flow for new products.- Support the transition from prototype to production, including tooling, fixtures, and machine setup.- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the NPI process.- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.- Maintain close communication with customers and internal teams to manage change requests and feedback.- Support cost estimation and quoting activities for new projects.
