Seeking for Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for offset printing machinery at client sites locally and across ASEAN. Key Responsibilities:1. Travel to client sites in Malaysia and ASEAN (Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam) for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.2. Provide technical support and training to client machine operators.3. Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and ensure machines run efficiently.4. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.5. Work closely with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.

This company serves as an import distributor for Shachihata products, purchasing from the manufacturer and selling them throughout Malaysia.All import-related operations are fully entrusted to this company.We are looking for a candidate who can frequently follow up with our distributors (mainly through joint sales visits) and also has the ability to conduct direct sales to factories.-Manage and support distributors through regular follow-ups, sales analysis, and joint visits. -Conduct direct sales visits to end-users such as automotive and industrial manufacturers. -Provide product proposals and solutions for marking and equipment-related needs. -Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and long-term engagement. -Report market insights and propose improvements to enhance sales performance.※The position requires business trips [once a month]The travel destinations will vary across different regions within Malaysia, and from the second year onward, there may also be opportunities for business trips to other Asian countries.
