Key Responsibilities:- Travel to client sites in Malaysia and ASEAN for machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.- Provide technical support and training to client machine operators.- Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and ensure machines run efficiently.- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.- Work closely with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.
