We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our growing anime character business. The Sales and Marketing Manger will play a pivotal role in executing various sales and marketing projects, including licensing initiatives, tie-in promotions, event activities, and advertising campaigns. This position reports directly to the General Manager (Based in Bangkok, Thailand) and requires a deep passion for anime and the ability to drive successful sales and marketing initiatives in the anime character industry.• Licensing: Collaborate with external partners and licensors to secure licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with our brand and business objectives.• Project Execution: Lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, including but not limited to licensing agreements, tie-in promotions, anime-related events and advertising campaigns.• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the anime character industry. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize the impact of marketing activities while maintaining cost efficiency.• Reporting: Provide regular reports and performance metrics to the General Manager, highlighting the success and areas for improvement of marketing initiatives.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, creative, and licensing, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.• Brand Management: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the brand image and identity in the anime character market.

Strategic planners are the key people inside the advertising agency as they are responsible for the formulation of policies and strategies for the clients. Strat Planner is crucial to develop strategies and plans from basic ideas including converting threats into opportunities through their out-of-the-box thinking. They work directly with Client Servicing as well as the Creative in the development of concepts for brands and formulate the best execution with the right planned resources. International and regional industry knowledge and exposure are important to ensure position holder able to give valuable insights through deep knowledge and logical analysis. Brand Management & Guidelines ControlBrand Identity: Maintain the shopping mall’s brand image and supervise tenant advertisements to ensure they align with the mall’s tone and manner.Senior Leadership: Review artworks created by junior designers, ensure quality control, and liaise with external agencies or printing vendors.3. Participation in Campaign PlanningConceptualization: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop campaign concepts and translate them into visual designs.VMD Collaboration: Work with the Visual Merchandising (VMD) team to create design proposals for mall decorations and festive setups.4.
