• Manage the planning, organizing and implementation of complex strategic project/initiatives• Monitor of Project Implementation Plan of overall works• Review progress against plans, reporting progress and result to the Management• Lead and coordinate project team to eliminate the obstacle as well as mentoring the team to improve project approach, process and implementation• Develop and monitoring project plan and track project milestones with appropriate process to ensure the project runs according to schedule and budget• Planning work program of project and monitoring stage completion• Monitoring inspections and test are carried out in accordance to the contract specification• Coordinate, review and submission of progress payment to the customer and facilitate timely certification of sub-contractor claims• To liaise with Client• Co-ordinate interfacing activities works of various sub-contractors• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Financial Reporting & Analysis:• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for interior design and construction projects.• Monitor project financial performance and provide insights on cost overruns, project profitability, and areas for improvement.• Track expenses, revenue, and margins for interior design projects, ensuring they align with budgeted projections.2. Project Budgeting & Cost Control:• Develop detailed project budgets for interior design and construction projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.• Work with project managers and design teams to ensure budgets are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring financial obligations are met.• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency without compromising project quality.3. Cash Flow Management:• Oversee project-related cash flow, ensuring funds are available for timely procurement of materials, contractor payments, and other operational needs.• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for client payments and manage receivables to maintain positive cash flow.4. Financial Compliance & Documentation:• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards for interior design and construction.• Maintain detailed financial records for all projects, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.• Assist in audits and ensure that all financial documentation for projects is in order and compliant with industry requirements.5. Financial Modeling & Forecasting:• Prepare financial models for prospective interior design and construction projects, helping to assess the feasibility and profitability of new initiatives.• Forecast revenue, costs, and profitability for upcoming projects, adjusting financial strategies based on changing market conditions or project scope.6. Internal Controls & Risk Management:• Identify financial risks and implement financial controls to mitigate risks associated with cost overruns, payment delays, and contract disputes.• Ensure that financial controls and reporting systems are in place to maintain transparency and accountability within the organization.7. Business Support & Strategic Planning:• Support senior management in providing financial insights and evaluating the financial viability of new projects, acquisitions, or partnerships.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with the overall business strategy.

• Experienced in understanding whole retail marketing operation.• Market Research: Identify new business and revenue opportunities with industry trends analysis.• Able to read M&E drawings / Schematic Design for coordination purposes.• Mall Management: Build and maintain strong mall management relationship.• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.• Assisting with marketing and promotional projects assigned by marketing lead.• Assist in store creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, year-end-sale, etc)• Participate diligently in any promotion / campaign from time to time to achieve stakeholders desired results.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across marketing, retail, and operations.• Gather feedback and channel requests to marketing Lead.• Adaptable, able to multitask and bold in trying new ideas that can generate profitable sales / traffic• Independent, resourceful, responsible, and autonomously in driving projects to completion and overachieving.• Provide strategic direction and clear communication to retail visual designer in achieving effective visuals.• Structure and plan work achieving tight deadlines.
