< Job Summary >You will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of residential and commercial construction projects.This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, technical expertise and a commitment to ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.< Job Scopes >・Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, tradesmen and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.・Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.・Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and company policies.・Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.・Execute & coordinate site activities.・Assist the project manager in preparing daily progress report, planning project and creating schedule.・Materials handling and recordings.・Monitor site plant & machinery.・Participate in site meeting, review and check construction drawings.・To liaise with sub-contractor and consultants to ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specification.

<Job Summary>We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to design and execute interior spaces that align with our clients' needs and aesthetic preferences. You will be involved in various stages of the design process, from concept development and space planning to material selection and project management. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of design, and a deep understanding of current industry trends. <Responsibilities>- Able to create concept boards, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.- Able to produce 3D perspective visual and conceptualizing to help clients visualize the final design concept.- Develop full detailed interior design drawing sets, including space layouts, furniture selections, lighting plans, and material specifications.- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to determine design goals, functional requirements, and budget constraints.- Source and select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that meet project requirements and align with the overall design vision.- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to continuously enhance design offerings.
