  1 Material Status Prepare daily material status to PC
  2 Weekly shortage report Prepare weekly shortage report by customer
  3 Communicate with customer Communicate with customer for consign items
  4 Communicate with Purchasing/PC Communicate with Purchasing for purchase items
  5 Customer Inventory report Make report : Verify variance cause (Receiving/Shipping/Loss part), communicate with customers
  6 Customer month end report (Balancing) Inventory report based on Inventory, PO, Demand
  7 ECN (Engineering Change Note) ECN cut-off, stocks control
  8 CPRF (Change part request form) Do CPRF before production start
  9 Inventory Turnover Analyse Inventory Turnover by customers, understand in out transaction & meet target, make presentation materials with explanation
  10 Slow Move Check no demand data, find alternative parts, request Purchasing/Customer to consume stocks
  11 Expiry parts Advise expiry data to IQC, make presentation material with explanation
  12 MRRN (Material Request & Requition Form) Drop Part Analysis by customer, analyze reason & share to production, make presentation material
  13 Stock < than 1 month Analyse stocks < than one month, request to purchasing
  14 Customer property Make buy qty report, share Buy report, Month end report to KMS
  15 Safety stocks Monitor safety stocks based on critical part reported
  16 Co-ordination of buying/selling materials Co-ordinate Buying/selling within Kaga group
  17 Custom apply co-ordination Lampiran A2/A3 apply (Data submission)/ Additional submission
  18 New Model Listing Compare new model listing with Engineering BOM, understand Purchase/Consign parts
  19 Packing Material (JIT) Advise packing mateial qty for daily send in, check plan vs actual receiving data
