  Key Responsibilities:
  - Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, TAPA, and customer-specific requirements.
  - Conduct inspections and monitor logistics processes, including shipping, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure quality and compliance.
  - Manage internal and external audits, including customer and TAPA audits; plan and execute audits across company entities, requiring annual travel to other countries.
  - Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to service quality, operational errors, or damage in transit.
  - Analyze operational data, identify process gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve service quality.
  - Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions to meet ISO, TAPA, and customer requirements.
  - Facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformances, errors, or incidents and recommend process improvements.
  - Collaborate with operations, warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure consistent service quality.
  - Provide training and awareness on quality standards and procedures to staff.
