Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for automated machine design and development using SolidWorks software.
• Support new machine design concepts and proposals.
• Ensure the final design meets functional and performance specifications.
• Handle daily design tasks and be sensitive to project time allocation.
• Ensure designs and projects are completed on time and are cost-effective.
• Support setup, test run and equipment buyoff.
• Generate problem-finding reports.
• Resolve problems related to assigned projects by working with vendors and customers.
• Support application, evaluation, testing, and maintenance of company products.
• Review work submitted through the SolidWorks system and ensure the proper procedures are followed.
• Generate detailed B.O.M. list according to the company format/standard.
• Prepare drawings and review them along with the engineering team.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and MS Office.
- Ability to create 2D assembly cross-section drawings and module BOM lists; ability to create 2D part drawings with proper tolerance specifications; willingness to travel for business.
