  【Job Summary】
  We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated Export & Logistics Executive to join our fast-growing confectionery manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and streamline our end-to-end international shipping, customs documentation, and supply chain distribution processes. As a key link between our production plant, external freight forwarders, government authorities, and global partners, your primary mission is to ensure that our artisanal chocolate and cocoa products are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in full compliance with local and international trade regulations.
  
  As an Export & Logistics Executive, you will manage day-to-day logisitical workflows, handle complex export documentation (such as Certificates of Origin, Halal documentation, Health Certificates, and Bills of Lading), and coordinate closely with shipping lines and customs brokers. Your sharp analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities will help optimize shipping routes, minimize transit times, and control freight costs without compromising product quality or safety standards. You will also monitor inventory movements within the warehouse, maintaining optimal stock levels to support smooth manufacturing schedules and timely customer order fulfillment across international markets.
  
  Communication is essential to this role. Because key trading partners, overseas distributors, and regional supply chain vendors operate in Mandarin-speaking markets, proficiency in spoken, read, and written Mandarin is strictly required. You will build and foster positive relationships with vendors, freight operators, and external service providers to negotiate competitive rates and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.   【Responsibilities】
  ・Export Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and process all required shipping and export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (COO), Health Certificates, and Halal clearance documents.
  
  ・Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance: Coordinate directly with freight forwarders, shipping lines, air cargo agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely vessel bookings, smooth customs declaration, and hassle-free export clearances.
  
  ・Logistics Coordination: Monitor daily shipment schedules, track export orders from production completion to final port delivery, and proactively address transit delays, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies.
  
  ・Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate seamlessly with overseas clients, regional suppliers, and Mandarin-speaking business partners regarding shipment statuses, shipping instructions, and order adjustments.
  
  ・Cost Control & Negotiation: Evaluate freight charges, compare logistics quotations, and negotiate competitive freight rates to maximize cost efficiency for global shipments.
  
  ・Inventory & Warehouse Liaison: Collaborate with internal production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock records, timely cargo loading, and alignment between production timelines and shipment departure dates.
