  ＜Summary＞
  Manage the full order cycle from customer inquiries, quotation and order closing to supplier coordination, delivery, invoicing and payment collection, while driving sales of crane spare parts and related services across Southeast Asia.
  
  ＜Job Description＞
  - Handle inquiries and quotation requests from customers in Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia and other Southeast Asian markets
  - Understand customer needs and proactively propose crane spare parts, modification, upgrading and related services to secure new orders
  - Request quotations from suppliers, including the Japan headquarters, Japanese companies and Malaysian companies, and confirm pricing and delivery schedules
  - Prepare and submit quotations to customers based on supplier quotations, and follow up with customers through to order closing
  - Place purchase orders with suppliers after receiving customer orders, and manage order details and delivery schedules
  - Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers and provide customers with delivery updates and progress reports
  - Coordinate transportation, customs clearance and delivery arrangements with relevant parties, managing each order from receipt through final delivery
  - Issue invoices to customers, monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding payments until completion of each order
