  【Job Summary】
  Our client, a well-established manufacturing specialist based in Malaysia, is currently expanding its operational footprint due to rapid business growth. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Production Control Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between sales forecasts, inventory management, material planning, and actual floor production schedules.
  
  Currently, the production management department operates with a lean team of two professionals—one full-time production control specialist and one operational staff member handling general administrative duties alongside production control tasks. As our client ramps up capacity and takes on new client accounts, the volume of scheduling, material tracking, and reporting has increased significantly. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the full-time specialist, receiving comprehensive guidance while taking hands-on responsibility for day-to-day coordination.
  
  This position offers a solid career foundation for candidates who possess strong organizational capabilities, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will monitor production lines, track job orders from inception to final delivery, evaluate buffer stock levels, and troubleshoot delays alongside plant supervisors. Excellent cross-departmental communication is essential, as you will interact regularly with procurement, quality assurance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure that client delivery deadlines are met seamlessly. Additionally, if you hold Japanese language qualifications, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in cross-border reporting and documentation, earning an additional language allowance.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  ・Formulate, adjust, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer order deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.
  ・Monitor raw material inventories, WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods levels to prevent production bottlenecks or excessive stock accumulation.
  ・Collaborate closely with production supervisors, sales coordinators, and logistics staff to streamline workflow and resolve delivery delays promptly.
  ・Assist in generating production performance reports, lead-time metrics, and operational variance analysis for upper management review.
  ・Ensure all job orders, bills of materials (BOM), and inventory documentation are accurately updated within the internal management system.
