• 工作内容

  • Coordinate and implement incoming, in process and finished goods quality assurance activities.
  • Provide on-the job training to QA Engineers/inspectors to perform the necessary jobs.
  • Appraise and handle routine QA problems and bring up problems to appropriate levels of the management for resolution.
  • Establish and maintain documents, QA work instructions had records and ensure that inspection is performed as per established documents.
  • Maintain inspection samples (FAI) & perform the inspection report to customer whenever appropriate.
  • Liaise with production personnel in routine quality issues to seek remedial and root cause corrective actions.
  • Achieve the KPIs set by top management.
  • Lead, coordinate and assist in carrying out quality system audits.
  • Maintain good housekeeping at work area.
  • Carry out any other job assigned by the immediate Superior.
  • Represented as MR for ISO audit.
  • Perform tasks (Copy Exactly) as per Work Instruction or SOP and maintain required records.
  • Comply with company’s policy on Intellectual Properties and Confidential Information at all times.
  • Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of improvements and growth
  • Develop strategies to improve the QA buyoff process
  • Eyeing on the objectives to maximize the profitability of the organization.
  • Identify and provide training to QA staff who perform inspections, audit and buyoff jobs.
  • Make sure whether the product goes through auditing and testing.
  • Make sure whether all the legal standards are met and review thoroughly the existing policies and standards.
  • Review the organization’s process to ensure whether they align with the current policies.
  • Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress.
  • Develop and monitor corrective measures.
  • Prepare documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities
  • Taking lead for all the customer complaints until issues closure.
