  【Summary】
  Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, driving sales growth within the assigned territory, and promoting power tools through product training, demonstrations, and marketing activities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting customers, and achieving sales targets while ensuring timely reporting and payment collection.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers within the assigned territory.
  - Ensure dealers receive up-to-date information on new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  - Promote Makita products through dealer engagement, product demonstrations, and end-user activities.
  - Conduct product training sessions and educate dealers on effective sales techniques.
  - Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
  - Ensure timely collection of customer payments in accordance with company credit terms.
  - Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  - Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management.
  - Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and special projects.
  - Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required by the Regional Sales Manager.
