• 工作内容

  - Preliminary and actual management of production plans and labour management.
  - Reporting on production plans, plan revision and trouble shooting
  - Analysis and reporting of production data, reporting and implementation of improvement activities.
  - Handling quality issues and negotiating with other departments.
  - Focus on details and able to judge material and product quality.
  - Manage own department’s budget and able to negotiate with vendors.
  - ISO compliant management of own department such as production records, maintenance, safety, training, etc.
  - Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
  - Prepare and submit monthly, weekly, and various reports for own department.
  - Manage personnel on a daily basis, conduct recruitment and plan training.
  - Follow up on subordinates to ensure smooth execution of work.
