  【Job Summery】
  We are seeking a hands-on Drafter capable of independently producing shop drawings and design drawings for HVAC and mechanical systems, while also conducting on-site measurements when required. This role goes beyond desk-based drafting; the ideal candidate will actively visit project sites, verify existing conditions, and translate real-world findings into accurate and practical drawings.
  
  Based on design intent and site conditions provided by engineers, you will be responsible for accurately drafting layouts of existing equipment, piping systems, and duct routing. For renovation projects in existing factories, you will conduct site surveys independently—taking measurements, verifying existing installations, and documenting conditions through photos and sketches—then reflecting these findings in updated drawings.
  
  We are looking for someone who can create “usable drawings” by combining technical drafting skills with on-site observation, communication, and measurement capabilities.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  ・Prepare HVAC and mechanical shop drawings
  ・Develop HVAC and mechanical design drawings
  ・Conduct site surveys for existing factories and renovation projects (measurement, verification of existing equipment)
  ・Reflect on-site measurement data in drawings and update existing drawings accordingly
  ・Coordinate drawing reviews with engineers and construction teams
  ・Handle drawing revisions and manage submission documentation
