    【Summary】
    An SAP PP-focused ERP implementation consultant responsible for leading end-to-end business transformation and system implementation—from requirements definition and solution design through to deployment support—for manufacturing companies expanding into Southeast Asia.

    【Job Responsibilities 】
    - ERP (SAP) implementation consulting for companies expanding into Southeast Asia, from solution planning through to implementation support
    - Driving business transformation and system implementation projects in Production Planning (PP) in collaboration with the Japanese headquarters
    - Defining business requirements and conducting Fit/Gap analysis for SAP PP processes (production planning, MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control, and production execution)
    - Designing and supporting SAP PP solutions integrated with procurement (MM), warehouse (EWM), and logistics processes
    - Supporting the selection of outsourcing partners and collaborating with engineers to implement production planning and manufacturing solutions
    - Analyzing manufacturing process challenges and proposing improvements in production efficiency and planning accuracy
    - Engaging with clients, structuring issues, designing business processes, and providing consulting support in SAP PP areas
    - Depending on the project, may support requirements definition, design, and implementation phases through client visits across Malaysia, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian countries

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) within SAP implementation consulting or system integrator environments
    - Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout project (end-to-end)
    - Experience in business requirement gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, system configuration, and client-facing user support
