• 工作内容

  - To help superior in oversee the overall day to day smooth functioning of the R&D Department and take appropriate actions to resolve problems which may develop from time to time.
  - To help superior in liaise with supplier on the sourcing of new raw material for new product development.
  - To assist R&D Manager in liaise with Marketing Personal on the raw product’s requested.
  - Assessment of new raw material.
  - To formulate new product within the allocated budget.
  - To be responsible for developing new product.
  - Responsible to draw up the mixing instruction for the production mixing process for new and existing products (if need amendment).
  - Responsible to supervise production personnel when new product is being introduced in production.
  - Troubleshoot any discrepancies on quality of the product.
  - To supervise R&D Assistant on the development new item.
  - To be part of the complaint team to resolve the complaint issues Any other related duties which required the expertise for product improvement or daily activities.
