  Summary
  This role is a hybrid technical position combining process engineering and customer-facing responsibilities.
  You will focus on improving manufacturing processes while also supporting customers with technical solutions.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
  - Analyze process and product performance, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  - Troubleshoot product and process-related issues and ensure timely resolution
  - Support product development, testing, and validation of specifications
  - Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO, etc.)
  - Provide technical support to internal teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  - Conduct training and guidance for technicians and operators
  - Engage with customers to understand technical requirements, provide solutions, and support issue resolution
  - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
