    Company Overview

    Nitori Group is actively expanding its business globally, accelerating store openings in various countries. This position plays a key role in new store openings and organizational growth. You will lead the entire store development and construction process, including interior design review, construction management, and coordination with stakeholders. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth while developing your own career.

    Job Description
    1. Conduct property research: market area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations
    2. Negotiate with property owners: propose terms and conditions, contract negotiations, discuss construction and asset classifications, competitor analysis
    3. Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations
    4. Support existing stores: SNS promotion and coordination with other departments

资格

  • 任职资格

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher (high school graduates with 3+ years of relevant
    experience may also apply)
    - Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company with a minimum JLPT N3 (Japanese proficiency).

    - Require Skill :
    1. Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher
    2. English: Intermediate level or above (TOEIC score 600+ preferred)

    Preferred
    1. Experience working at a Japanese company
    2. Positive, open-minded, and proactive
    3. Experience studying or living in Japan
    4. Valid driver’s license
