工作内容
Lead industrial design initiatives for furniture and related products, combining creativity with functionality.
Manage and guide the R&D team to develop innovative concepts and continuous improvements (Kaizen).
-Drive the design and development of both new and existing furniture products for industrial, commercial, and domestic clients.
-Evaluate and integrate key design factors such as cost, materials, production, technology, safety, trends, and ergonomics.
-Apply Kaizen methods to achieve an optimal balance between innovation and usability.
-Oversee 3D/2D modeling, prototyping, and design validation while ensuring technical accuracy and quality assurance.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with customers and internal departments throughout the product realization process.
-Manage the design team, maintain documentation confidentiality, and lead special R&D projects to achieve departmental goals.
资格
应征条件
<MUST>
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design/Engineering or equivalent.
2. At least 5years experience working in Research & Development.
3. High level of proficiency in CAD & 3D design software, especially AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
4. Must have working experience in furniture design and experience in manufacturing of metal, steel, wood and plastic furniture industries.
5. Must be able to sketch and create detailed technical drawings is essential for communicating your design ideas英文

<Additional allowance>
- Japanese speaking allowance: RM500.00
- Transport allowance: RM175
‐ Handphone allowance = RM80.00
- No MC allowance = RM20.00
- Heat & Noise allowance = RM30.00
- Bonus: once a year, depends on company and individual performance
