Lead Solutioning & Pre-Sales • Work closely with sales and management to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions • Engage clients to understand business needs and propose infrastructure and SI solutions • Support and present technical proposals with clear architecture and rationale2. Design Network & System Architecture • Design and implement network architecture including VLAN segmentation, IP addressing, routing, firewall policies, and security zoning • Develop infrastructure solutions across servers, networks, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and security layers • Ensure designs are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational realities3. Lead Project Execution (Core Responsibility) • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, execution, and closure • Manage system integration projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders • Plan and execute infrastructure deployment and migration projects, including: - Website and application environments (e.g., WordPress, CMS) - Email systems and Microsoft 365 migration • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations4.
