【必須条件】
・四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験3年以上の方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方(お客様、関連企業、ローカルスタッフとの会話すべて英語になるため)

■ JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a proactive and versatile IT Infrastructure & Project Engineer to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.This role involves managing network and system-related initiatives while providing occasional technical support and administrative assistance for IT operations and client accounts.The ideal candidate is technically skilled in networking and systems, with growing interest in IT project management and infrastructure lifecycle management.■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES・Assist in planning and coordinating IT infrastructure projects, including network, server, and workstation setup, upgrade, and maintenance.・Support implementation of network and system integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.・Perform network configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., VLAN, routing, switching, connectivity issues) to ensure system stability and optimal performance.・Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and proper documentation.・Provide technical and administrative support for IT systems, including web portals, user accounts, and system access management.・Participate in IT asset management, project reporting, and documentation of infrastructure changes and configurations.・Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT support and project delivery.・Deliver basic end-user or client training and handle project handovers when required.
