Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated time frame.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to management on sales performance and market developments.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and best practices.
资格
应征条件
Education background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field to chemistry.
Experiences: Min 3 to 5 years in technical sales or a similar role.
- Required Skills:
1. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationships, market trends, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with solid analytical skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed (one time per month (more or less))英文
