1. Online Promotion & Social Media Management:
- Manage and promote the brand's online presence across platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create engaging and relevant content to attract, retain, and grow the audience.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
2. Content Creation & Advertising:
- Develop creative, localized content tailored for different social media platforms. Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality posts and promotional videos. Run paid advertising campaigns, analyze their performance, and optimize for better results.
3. Audience Engagement & Growth:
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community. Monitor audience behavior and insights to adjust content strategies and improve audience interaction.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and assess effectiveness using analytics tools. Prepare regular performance reports on key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.

应征条件
Education Background : Min diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (logistics)
Working Experience: Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles, with the familiarity with online platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, and Facebook. Best to have marketing experience from logistic industry
Require skill :
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (with strong written and verbal communication skills). As the role involves working with platforms like Xiaohongshu and Douyin.
- Digital Marketing, Market Research, Content Creation, Marketing Strategy xAnalytics
- Proficient in social media marketing tools and platforms.
