  Summary
  - To supervise production operation to achieve target output by maintaining clean & safe workplace.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
  - ‎Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
  - ‎Maintaining communication between employees and the Management team to ensure procedure and policies are well-understood.
  - Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources to prevent production interruption.
  - Compliance with quality of products and to initiate AAR or CAPA if any quality issue arises.
  - Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
  - Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team.
  - Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
