    • Brand Strategy & Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns that build strong brand affinity, trust, and long-term engagement with our audience.
    • Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor brand health through key performance indicators, market data, and consumer feedback. Analyze results to improve brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
    • Content & Activation Management: Guide the team in developing engaging content and brand activations across both digital and offline platforms, ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand presence.
    • Community & Partnership Engagement: Identify and nurture partnerships with relevant communities and like-minded brand partners to enhance brand relevance and reach.
    • Influencer & Social Media Oversight: Oversee influencer marketing programs and drive strong brand engagement across social media channels. Leverage insights to refine social strategies.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, sales, product, ecommerce, creative, and operations—to ensure alignment in brand messaging and execution.
    • Budget Management: Manage brand budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and strong returns on investment.
    • Market & Trend Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activities to support proactive and future-ready brand strategies.

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
    • 7-10 years of brand management experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in baby care or hygiene-related products.
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
    • Ability to translate consumer and market insights into actionable brand initiatives.
    • Digitally savvy and commercially driven, with a strong understanding of modern marketing and consumer engagement.
    • Experienced in digital marketing, social media strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Well-groomed, confident, and values polished, professional presentation.
    • Passionate about sustainability and drawn to eco-conscious, responsible brands.
    • Embraces a high standard of lifestyle and quality.
    • Leads a balanced lifestyle with personal interests in wellness (e.g., yoga) and brings creativity and fun into the work environment.
