    - Purchase and inspect second-hand products upon arrival
    - Clean and prepare items for display or resale
    - Enter detailed product information into the internal system
    - Guide customers to the appraisal room when needed
    - Deliver and pick up watches from external repair vendors
    - Respond to customer inquiries over the phone
    - Photograph items for online listings and inventory records
    - Provide price estimates via WhatsApp for customer inquiries
    - Assist with general store tasks and miscellaneous duties as required
