• 工作内容

  ・Support Purchasing team in the communication with Japanese expatriates, Japanese supplier or Japan HQ.
  ・Purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, engineering parts and services.
  ・Manage the company's procurement processes, including preparing purchase orders, sourcing potential suppliers, price inquiries, comparing and evaluating offers, and managing the full cycle of purchasing activities.
  ・Optimize procurement processes to control quality by ensuring that all purchased materials meet the company’s quality standards and costs effectively.
  ・Ensure timely deliver-ability of purchase materials include managing logistics for import shipment and address any delays or disruptions in the supply chain promptly.
  ・Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of raw materials by conducting regular stock take to maintain accurate inventory records.
  ・Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies by maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
  ・Coordinate work across different departments within the company.
  ・Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  ・Aside from duties under purchasing department, candidate with good Japanese skill will be assigned to handling interpretation between Japanese staffs and local staffs in necessary occasion.
