当院は、患者様中心の医療と継続的な診療を重視した日本型の総合診療クリニックです。
総合病院内でのご相談窓口も開設し、来院された患者様へのサポートや医療通訳、適切な診療科へのご案内をさせていただいております。遠方にお住まいでクリニックまで来院されることが困難な患者様のためにオンライン診療も導入しております。
現在5ヶ国10拠点で展開しており、この度はマレーシアでのビジネス拡大に際して営業職としてご活躍いただける方を募集いたします。
【職務内容】
・クリニックの受付係(来院対応、電話やメール予約の対応)
・患者様のご案内、医療通訳サポート
・そのほかクリニック運営上総務的な仕事
・入社後1ヶ月の研修期間を設け、医療用語や保険関連の知識についてトレーニングいたします

<必須要件>
・四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験3年以上の方
(短大卒・専門卒の方は社会人経験5~7年以上の方、高卒の方は社会人経験7~10年以上の方)
・準ビジネスレベルの英語力
~医療通訳サポートのお仕事で必要
~社内ローカルスタッフとのコミュニケーションに必要
・基本的なPCスキルがある方(メール作成や簡単なExcel操作など)
・マレーシアで働けるビザをお持ちの方
<尚可要件>
・ホテルなどのサービス業や飲食、小売り業でのご経験をお持ちの方
・おもてなしの精神に関心があり、サービスマインド、ホスピタリティマインドのある方英文

< POSITION SUMMARY >The CIO is responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology strategy, including the trading platform, technology solutions and any other enterprise systems. Our company is regulated and under surveillance by the Securities Commission.- Cyber security and compliance with internal and external requirements.- IT personnel management and mentoring- Vendor relationshipsThis role will be based in the Kuala Lumpur office and report directly to the CEO. The company plans to undergo a technology transformation to enhance the customer experience when using our app platform, as well as a few projects that will involve IT. The CIO will be part of this transformation journey. The CIO will present the IT update and project progress not only to management but also to the IT Committee and Board members. A CIO should have in-depth knowledge of the current and upcoming trends in the IT field.The CIO must have highly analytical thinking, be professional, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.
