当院は、患者様中心の医療と継続的な診療を重視した日本型の総合診療クリニックです。
総合病院内でのご相談窓口も開設し、来院された患者様へのサポートや医療通訳、
適切な診療科へのご案内をさせていただいております。
遠方にお住まいでクリニックまで来院されることが困難な患者様のためにオンライン診療も導入しております。
現在5カ国10拠点で展開しておりまして、
この度はマレーシアでのビジネス拡大に際し、営業職としてご活躍いただける方を募集いたします
【職務内容】
・主に日系大手メーカーや商社などの既存クライアント様のフォローアップ(約20社)
・新規顧客の開拓(主に日系企業向け)
・日系イベントやコミュニティなどへの参加(商工会など)
・入社後1カ月の研修期間を設け、医療用語や保険関連の知識についてトレーニングいたします

・訪問時に使用するタクシー代は全額負担いたします(主にGrab)

■四年制大学卒かつ社会人経験3年以上の方
(短大卒・専門卒の方は社会人経験5~7年以上の方、高卒の方は社会人経験7~10年以上の方)

<Job Description> This position is responsible for securing new business and maintaining constant follow-up with existing customers to increase sales, mainly within the manufacturing industry such as automotive, electrical, medical, and industrial equipment sectors. You will engage in route sales, provide technical advice related to product enquiries, and help clients solve their challenges by offering optimal solutions from our wide range of industrial materials and components. You will also be expected to stay up to date with market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Regular reporting and occasional business trips—both domestic and overseas—are part of the role.<Job Responsibilities>- Secure new business and constantly follow up with existing customers to increase sales- Route sales with Japanese-affiliated and local manufacturers across multiple industries- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in order to execute effective sales strategies- Provide technical advice related to product enquiries and applications- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and ad-hoc reports to management- Business trip destinations (overseas): Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Indonesia *Averagely 2–3 nights per trip- Business trip destinations (domestic): Johor, Penang, etc. *Day trip or 1-night stay- Frequency of travel: Subject to assignment, but typically once a month

Salary Package : MYR 5,000.00~ + transportation allowance + bonus[average:2~3months]

1) They will provide travel allowance
Domestic RM80・Overseas RM160 per day
2) Transportation and Stay(Necessary Expenses) can claim, company pays back immediately

<Pattern>
Monday to Friday / Lunch time 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Standard: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- A:7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- B:7:50 a.m. – 4:50 p.m.
- C:8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- D:9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Employees can choose their preferable time working pattern every month.
If there is any changes, must inform earlier to management/MD to get approval.
