1. Responsible to achieving budgeted sales volume through extensive market coverage and close rapport with customer, meeting targeted collection and reduce the risk of bad debts.
2. To provide up-to-date market information on other customers and market condition on our industry.
3. To handle telephone enquiries, troubleshooting problems and complains from customers.
4. To have close contact with customers.
5. Determine customer needs and provide responsive answers to customer enquiries.
6. To perform any other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.
7. To assist in any other duties during the absence of other staff.
8. To be responsible for upkeep of filing system in the Sales Department.

Primary Role FunctionThe Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and driving the sales of assigned CNS products within a designated territory. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, execution of marketing strategies, providing products timely updates and achieving sales targets. This role also requires maintaining a positive, self-motivate mindset, and apply a high level of product knowledge and business environment knowledge to ensure consistent sales group while upholding regulatory and ethical compliance.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Promotion- Promote and detail CNS products to doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals (HCPs).- Execute sales strategies and achieve or exceed territory sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential stakeholders.- Aggressively buildup of product market share in respective sales territories- Conduct effective product presentations, CMEs, RTD, and sales activities aligned with marketing strategies.- Analyse and update territory changes, HCPs/KOLs/Stakeholder data and prescriber behaviour on a regular basis.- Timely report on sales, activity and territory performance- Perform sales forecast and execution plan.2. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs/KOLs/Stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.- Provide timely follow-ups and address HCPs/KOLs/Stakeholders product queries.3. Market Intelligence- Monitor competitor activities and customer needs in the assigned therapeutic area.- Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback to provide actionable insights on a regular and monthly basis to support marketing team.- Share insights and feedback with the product/marketing management teams to review strategies.4. Reporting & Compliance- Submit timely sales activity reports and customer visit documentation.- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.- Ensure all sales/promotional activities comply with company & local PHARMA code of conduct (whichever is stricter)- Ensure that market AE reports are appropriately documented and communicated to the appropriate PV manager in a timely manner.

Job Scope:- Develop and maintain customers in the assigned territories- Generate new leads through calls, emails, visits, and market research- Handle RFQ, quotation, purchase order, invoice, and delivery order process using AutoCount- Follow up with existing and potential customers- Promote industrial tools, measuring instruments, factory equipment, automation-related products, and Japanese industrial brands- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports- Coordinate with the internal team for quotation, order processing, delivery arrangement, and customer supportSales Activity Expectation:- Client already have existing customers in the assigned regions.- Each Sales Executive is expected to complete a minimum of 10 sales activities every 2 weeks.- Sales activities may include customer visits, calls, emails, online meetings, quotation follow-ups, and new lead development.- The usual ratio between existing customer follow-up and new customer development is around 6:4 to 8:2, depending on the situation.
