• 工作内容

  - Accountable to prepare month end closing and monthly management report and possess the ability to analyze financial data.
  - Able to maintain general ledger, account receivable ledger and account payable ledger and maintain proper filing of other related documents.
  - Manage accounts receivable and all related matters.
  - Monitor and follow up monthly expenses - utilities, rental, other bills, issuing receipt and processing expenses request
  - Prepare weekly accounting report of account receivables related.
  - To ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with Company’s policies and accounting standards and statutory requirement.
  - Preparation of cash flow, month end schedules and all other related works
  - Managing and monitoring metrics and KPI tracking for the financial department.
  - Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  - Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when it is required
  - Any other duties as and when assigned by HOD from time to time.
