  • 工作内容

    - Diagnosing & troubleshooting customer software & hardware issue, mainly focusing on Mechatronic Products such as Servo Motor, PLC, HMI, Indsutrial PC, Vision Devices and etc.
    - Involving & assisting sales team in application & technical solution as well as generating quotations.
    - Provide application development & enhancement on all hardware.
    - Provide software technical support for "Backup & Recovery" Customers.
    - Assist sales team in providing end-user training and end-user support in necessary occasion.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education:
    >> Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.

    - Experience:
    >> Over 5 years of working experience as Application Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronic products.
    >> Candidate must possess experience in tourbleshooting products such as Servo Motor, PLC, HMI, Indsutrial PC, Vision Devices and etc.

    - Others:
    >> Strong attention to details
    >> Possessing team working aptitude
    >> High awareness in error prevention
    >> Problem solving skill
    >> Possess own transport
    >> Not job hopper / able to work for long term (previous staying power at least 5 years)
