     To provide a single point of contact for users,
     Deals with management of both routine and non-routine incidents and requests through phone and email
     Provision of 1st line support for incidents.
     Takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems
     Asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
     Knows when problems are ‘beyond them’ and escalates so they can be resolved

资格

  • 应征条件

    - background : Diploma or Degree
    - experience : at least 3 years Service Desk
    - skill:
    Customer Service experience (Preferable)
    Basic level of IT trouble shooting skills (Preferable)
    - Others : ITIL Cert : If candidate possess ITIL that will be an added advantage.

    24H shift
    * Project operation hours depending on project which candidate will be assign to.
    *24/ 7 | 2 / 3 Days off a week.
