工作内容

- Oversee the management of public equipment and facilities, including water supply and drainage, air conditioning systems, compressed air systems, exhaust systems, and pure wastewater systems.- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, and life safety systems to maintain compliance with applicable safety and operational standards.- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and repair costs.- Manage maintenance plans and equipment maintenance budgets.- Identify and resolve potential problems and hidden faults promptly.- Coordinate with external vendors and contactors for specialized maintenance work.- Oversee the safe handling and storage of hazardous chemicals and materials, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards.- Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental (EHS) protocols, ensuring that all machinery and facilities meet regulatory and company standards.- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues to minimize production downtime.- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including task delegation, training, and performance management.- Take ownership of EHS compliance, ensuring adherence to workplace safety laws and environmental regulations.- Serve as the main liaison with government authorities such as DOE, BOMBA, and safety enforcement agencies for regulatory compliance, inspections, and audits.- Assist in internal and external audits related to facility maintenance, EHS, and regulatory compliance.- Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
