IT-Related Work Responsibilities:1. Provides securities and control to all users using group policy (File Server/Mail Server/ Client Workstation). 2. Handles problem solving for simple requests and / or complaints via the use of the telephone, e-mail or remote assistance. 3. Writes policies, standard procedure for the design, operation, installation and maintenance of all computers based on peripherals installed.4. Analyzes problems using various tools to come up with the proper diagnoses and develop solution.5. Supports and maintains of AS400 System programs use by the Accounting, Sales and Production.6. Provides AS400 reports (Daily Sales Summary Profit and Loss, Daily Sales Order Entry Result, Daily Production Daily Results, Daily Accumulative Result, Monthly Sales History Profit and Loss, Monthly Sales History by Customer and Commodity, Etc.) 7. Performs a variety of technical support functions such as, program installation, troubleshooting and demonstration for on-site users.8. Evaluates new software, programming tools, utilities, and literature, to be used for System Development and to enhance the strategy of the System Developer.9. Administers the required diagnostic tests on the network software and hardware in case of any encountered problems.10. Keeps records of system failures and major problems encountered and recommend actions to the management.11. Performs regular network backups of AS400 System and creates support backups in case of emergency.12. Installs any new software or hardware according to supplier procedures and instructions.13. Prepares reports of user activities with respect to data storage and software utilization to the project management.14. Controls and perform the necessary actions regarding LAN or Database production activities in order to maintain the required quality and security standards.15. Coordinates with computer vendors to resolve PC system malfunctions, including hardware and software failures.16. Responsible for maintaining printers, scanners, and Multi-Function machines.17. Provides network cabling installation and testing (structured cabling).18. Ensures that the network infrastructure is up and running.Admin-Related Work Responsibilities:1. Assists in the successful implementation of all company activities, such as taking photos for documentation purposes, sound system setup, audio video presentation, etc.2. Processing of company ID’s3. Prepare Monthly Depreciation Report for Furniture and Fixture (Including Computers, Printers all computer related equipment)4. Monitors company-issued communication tools, such as cellphones, broadband, etc.5. Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
