Job Scopes:
Responsible for managing sales ordering, returns and domestic stock transfer process.
• Responsible for managing the sales orders, returns and domestic stock transfer process for accuracy and completeness.
• To liaise with sales and cross function departments for sales coordination and operational activities.
• To process and coordinate sales order from initial order receipt until final delivery, verification of documents and invoices.

Location and job designation structure: This job position is designed in a Shared Service Center, owned by the company stated above, aimed to service their clients in different services (if necessary). Kelana Jaya (Petaling Jaya), walking distance to Paradigm Mall.

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide team with documents required to prepare financial, balance sheet reconciliations and audits
* Assist in forex revaluation and reclassify variances, when necessary. Prepare journals for revaluations
* Prepare journal entries for affiliates and make adjustments in accordance to feedback provided by Affiliates. Assist during the closing process.
* Assist in preparing documents for monthly balance sheet/bank reconciliation and perform journal adjustments when required.
* Prepare documents to assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and related reports, as requested

Administration and others:
* Conduct data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensure that data entry is accurate
* Prepare digital copies of records on a regular basis
* Check and validate quality and accuracy of information provided by affiliates for transactions processing
* Assist with internal control activities in accordance with group policies
Required Qualifications Requirement:
-The languages required are English and Mandarin.
***Additional proficiency in any one of the Asian Language (Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia and Thai) will be advantageous.
-The minimum education level is Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
-Minimum 2 -5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting.
