<Shipment to customer>
•Issue Delivery Order (using SAP system) and prepare the stock by FEFO (First Expired First Out) & FIFO method.
•Arrange company truck or 3rd party truck, loading and setting the truck temperature. Install data logger device inside the lorry to obtain the actual temperature.
•Record and analyse the actual temperature during delivery and highlight any abnormality to QA.
•Email Delivery Order and packing list to 3rd party warehouse for them to arrange the delivery by their own truck. Packing list is required for export only.
•Monitor 3rd party transporter's delivery activities.

<CCP, Epermit and Health Certificate application>
•Obtain the Epermit and Health Certificate by online Epermit system. Arrange driver or self collect the document at selected MAQIS and DVS (if necessary).
•Request forwarding agent to prepare the export documents to Singapore (CCP and Custom form) and other countries (Custom Form, BOL etc).

<Trucking>
•Monitor truck's service and maintenance schedule for 2 trucks (5ton & 8ton).
•Renew Puspakom, Road Tax and GV Permit for every 6 months.

<Invoice>
•Collect all the invoices from 3rd party warehouse, transporters & forwarding agents.
