Location and job designation structure: This job position is designed in a Shared Service Center, owned by the company stated above, aimed to service their clients in different services (if necessary). Kelana Jaya (Petaling Jaya), walking distance to Paradigm Mall.

<Collection Activities>
* Review data and other information relevant to bilings and collections
* Conduct matching of scanned receipts and receipt slips from Affiliates, and generate receipt reports.
* Ensure all collection activities are recorded corretly and in a timely manner
* Generate dunning letters
* Assist in generation of statement of accounts for affiliates
* Enter data inputs and update records of invoices. Verify validity of account discrepancies
* Receive and enter inputs for provision of bad debts to accounts

<Administration and others>
* Conduct data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensure that data entry is accurate
* Prepare digital copies of records on a regular basis
* Check and validate quality and accuracy of information provided by affiliates for transactions processing
* Assist with internal control activities in accordance with group policies
Required Qualifications Requirements:
- The languages required are English, Chinese.
***Additional proficiency in any one of the Asian Language (Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia and Thai) will be
- Education level min Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Min 2 Years of relevant experience in finance & accounting
***Prior experience of working in shared services or office management is preferred
***Conversant in Oracle (AP), Microsoft Office /other ERPs may be considered
advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:
- To propose scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance parts and services to customers/dealers within all around in East-asia, occationally visiting clients for meeting or negotiation
- To propose sales & marketing in after sales activities for GTG/GE cogeneration system and combine cycle system
- To work cohesively with Commissioning and Maintenance team on after sales services and customer support objectives
- To promote critical spare parts sales to ensure high GTG reliability
- Based in office, 90% of sales are through local agencies, 10% direct to end-users
- To enhance customer support by improve spare parts database
- To responsible for after sales monthly and yearly sales forecast business plan
- To synergy with Sales & Marketing Dept and planning Dept on the GTG/Cogen/Long Term Service Agreement/GE spare parts & services requirement
- To take part in department/inter department activities whenever require
