They have grown from strength to strength to provide leading-edge technology in our support system for manufacturing businesses which include overseas operations.

    Job Scopes:
    - Involved in Order processing (Process incoming P/O from customer and insurance of P/O to suppliers)
    - Handling direct mails activities, product sourcing, preparation of quotations, design flyers and brochures, support in AR collection
    - Handling walk-in customers and in house sales
    - Liaise with delivery driver on delivery of hardware and consumables to customers
    - Responsible in stock management and assist in monthly stock take
    - Prepare monthly sales and marketing related reports
    - Assist in other administrative duties

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Good command in Chinese, Malay & English
    - SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Computer Studies or related fields.
    - Minimum 1 year working experience and preferably in bar code or IT related industry.
    [Must] Computer literate in Microsoft Office and social media sites.
    [Advantage]
    - Experience in bar code industry
    - Experience in AutoCount accounting software
