  Job Scopes:
  - Build, lead and inspire beauty consultants to provide excellent service to customers. Winning ways towards customers
  - Ability to obtain and understand market competitors reports and activities
  - Ability to recruit, coach and develop team in order to achieves targets and KPIs and provides consistent feedbacks
  - To have action plans in place to ensure counters delivers sales and meet targets
  - Maintain healthy inventory based on consumer needs. Manage stock in trade days
  - To work closely with training team, ensure beauty consultants equipped with knowledge and skills to have effective selling, grooming and development
  - Monitor counter merchandising and all counter related items to ensure correct & timely execution and presentation
  - Regular communication with Retail Manager to discuss strengths, opportunities and trends in retail business
  - Manage all retail operations related matters
