    1. Job Summary
    The incumbent work closely with retailers, cultivating new and engaging ways to display and increase AV sales & market share by establishing, developing & building strong networks & relationships with new and assigned sales channels & business segments. The incumbent is required to support and complement the Sales and Marketing strategies and activities for AV products in Malaysia. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting the Department Head and team to achieve the department's goals.

    2.2 To developing and executing merchandise strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience plan

    2.6 To administer job scope and submit sales analysis and reporting
    2.7 To participate in company's event and projects

    3.2.1 Sales Channels Visitation (Chain store visitation & New outlets)
    a To manage sales promoter
    b To make sure outlets well operate
    c Develop new sales channels
    d Build positive relationships with Chain Stores
    3.2.2 Business Segment Visitation

    3.3 Product assortment planning & training
    a Assist in Planning, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting for the AV product purchasing plan
    b Ensures that the shelves of a retail store are stocked with products and displays them accordingly
    c Briefing/training the promoters/retail employees on technical updates
    d Monitor and maintain a consistent healthy inventory level to meet sales requirement

    3.4 Inventory Management
    a To analyze sales data, market trends and customer behavior for making informed decision about product assortments, promotions and inventory level
    b Monitor progress & measure in AV's sales & marketing events & activities
    c Improve sales channels' product & solution knowledge on AV products

    3.5 Team Management
    a Requires leadership qualities to manage and guide the sales promoter effectively
    b Ability fo motivate, mentor and foster teamwork

    3.6 To administer job scope and submit sales analysis and reporting
    a Monthly Reports (Sales, Business Visitation, Project Progress, Business & Channel Development)
    b Activity & Event Reports
    c Product & Sales monitoring
    d Competitors' Products & Events Information
    To provide research results on competitors' products, events and market/user feedback
    e To ensure prompt and accurate submission of reports, research, claims and other necessary requested data

    3.7 To participate in company's event and projects
    a To undertake other duties/ task as and when assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [ MUST ]
    ◎ Over 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
    ◎ Must possess driving license and car

    [ ADVANTAGE ]
    ◎ Education: Min Diploma in Electronics, Audio Engineering, or equivalent
    ◎ Knowledge and experience in Sound System / Audio Visual line will be advantage
    ◎ Good knowledge of MS Office 365
