  Company Profile: One of the famous local Engineering Contractor Company, specialized in providing the HVAC / Air- conditioning installation service to the property developer project or main contractor.
  
  Duties and Responsibilities: -
   To take-off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities for tender submission.
   To prepare and send enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors for tenders.
   To prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids and quotations.
   To review, evaluate and make recommendations on tenders and quotations submitted by the subcontractors and suppliers.
   To review suppliers and subcontractors quotations.
   To negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
   To monitor amendments or any changes to the scope of work, conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time.
   To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to client.
   To prepare subcontractors work done certification
   To coordinate and manage Purchasing and Tender department.
   Report to management on the summary of tender and purchasing department.
   To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by Managing Director.
