  Company Profile: A Singapore manufacturing company that produce the marine and navigation related equipment. Strong spirit and concept in the manufacturing procedure to ensure the protection to the eco-system by using recyclable materials to protect the biodiversity.
  
  Location: Petaling Jaya (Damansara area)
  
  Job Scopes:
  Responsible for Planning, Implementing and Executing sales& marketing plans, strategies and promotion activities to attain sales budget set by the company.
  Lead sales team to drive and expand market share and create new potential sales & projects.
  ・Prepared annual sales budget plan, monthly forecast, monthly sales ordering plan & market research report.
  ・Plan sales strategy & action plan to lead and drive sales team to achieve the sales budget.
  ・Identify and penetrate new potential market segment & develop new dealers/customers.
  ・Strengthen relationship & build strong rapport with existing dealers and customers.
  ・Negotiate with dealers & customers to secure sales with reasonable & acceptable profit margins.
  ・Liaise with other's affiliate companies on any sales related matters.
  ・Follow up new and existing sales, projects, tenders and sales enquiries with sales person.
  ・Strategise and plan for new launching of product and equipment.
  ・Review and approve sales quotations, proposals & tenders document before sales person submission to dealers/customers.
  ・Handling and solved customer complaints.
  ・Monitor all customers' payment and ensure all due payments are pay on-time.
  ・Team work with fellow sales person and other departments.
  ・Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
