  Company background:
  The company established in 1990. They subsidy to 11 countries around continents of Asia, Europe and the Americas.They successfully built an international networks to provide their information, services, technologies.
  
  Working Location: Bukit Bintang (KL)
  
  Job scope:
  Report to Managing Director
  1.4 (a) - Must have goal oriented characteristics with strong sense of objectives and core
  directions to abide by.
  - Must not lose forecast on where we should be moving forward.
  - Should be able to make tough decision without any hesitation in order to move toward
  core direction and goals.
  - Must have sincere heart in his/her mind.
  - Must be motivational talker with “can do” attitude.
  - Must be “attention to details” type of personnel.
  - Must be the most hardworking in order to win the trust among staffs.
  - Must be logical & flexible in thinking.
  - Must be able to listen to others. “You do not learn anything if you do not listen. Talking is
  just expressing what you know”.
  - Must be likable and understanding with full of human inside him or her.
  - Should know obstacle is the opportunity to grow when overcome it.
  - Should be able to describe the ultimate goal for the people to achieve in
  his/her own words.
  
  1.4 (b) - Set short term and long term sales objectives and develop sales strategy to be
  implemented by all sales staffs. Plan necessary actions required to achieve objectives.
  - Set goals and assign tasks to each sales staff and monitor progress via regular sales
  meeting and discussion.
  - Keep any of the meeting / conference log for all sales staff to review.
  - Maintain excellent customer satisfaction from current / existing customers and new
  potential customers. Monitor sales trends from the past and analyse it by comparing with
  future forecast provided by customer.
  - Train and educate sales staffs on sales skills and product knowledge and keep sales team
  motivated to sell. Build effective team by understanding each staffs’ strength and
  weakness. Identify effective educational program to change weakness into strength.’
  
  1.4(c ) - Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management
  System and shall:
  - ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001;
  - ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
  - report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in
  particular to top management;
  - ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
  - ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system
  are planned and implemented.
  
  
  1.5 AUTHORITY
  a) Approve of all documentation related to sales
  b) Hiring and Training of sales staff
  c) Evaluate sales staff performance
  e) Authorized to stop any activities, products or services that have significant impact to the environment.
