Job description/ scope:
- Business Development Department
- Assisting the Business development manager to monitor project
- Prepare proposal and quotation, liaise with clients in regards to project, costing and etc.
- Planning and organizing assigned events or project
- Monitoring invoicing and collections of outstanding debts
- Creating and developing of new ideas or implementation of improved processes
- Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing the services in a professional manner and behavior
- Self development

Requirement
Requirements:
- More than 5 years experience in event management
- Preferable with intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Abacus, Power Suite, and Words
- Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
- {Must} Able to speak and write in Spanish, English, Malay and Chinese.
- {Must} Willing to travel
