They have built up their own brand in Malaysia within 20 over years, with all extensive range of products that includes shoes, bags and other leather accessories. With over 88 outlets in 10 countries, the brand offers versatile designs that makes it possible for each individual to create his or her own unique fashion persona.
  
  Location: Cheras Area, quick access to Sungai Besi and highways to KL City Center.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  - Responsible for establishing and managing the overall risk and control framework of retail Management business; providing independent oversight challenging and advising management, and ensuing the effectiveness and robustness of the Company Financial Crime Risk and control framework.
  - Track the strategic implementation and ensure periodic reviews, trigger reviews and ongoing monitoring activity is consistent with agreed timelines.
  - Adding value by applying operational experiences to formulate action plans and policies / procedures that are practical and ease of implementation for the network for effective compliance of finance risk policies and procedures
  - Responsible for Company’s financial & management for the Group accounting, budgetary, taxation, credit administration, treasury and management reporting functions.
  - Handle all GST and related corporate tax matters.
  - Ensure compliance to all accounting standards, company policies & statutory requirement.
  - Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, lawyers government bodies and relevant parties
  - Timely preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reports for the Group.
  - Responsible for cash management, cash flow reporting and other relevant analysis.
  - Prepare & interpret monthly & annual report for management review
  - Responsible for month end closing timely preparation for financial management reports including annual budgeting, rolling forecast and financial analysis.
  - Undertake special assignment adhoc assignment & related duties as and when necessary.
